When should I tip?
Tour guide will explain everything on day 1. Basically, you shall tip the tour guide and bus driver on the last day. If you have any questions or complaint, please contact our manager at the very first place.

What does the price that shows on the website includes?
The price includes hotel room(s), bus service, tour guide service, and tour arrangement.
The price does not include tips for bus driver and for tour guide, personal meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), personal expense (laundry, telephone, liquor, travel insurance, etc.), and general admission fee (varies from tours, please visit the website).

What is the price shows on the newspaper based on?
The price is based on 4 people in 1 room. We have different price range depends on how many people you decide to go and how many rooms you would like to book. Capacity is from 1 person to 4 people in 1 room.

Please let our customer service staffs know your basic information including tour code, date, number of people, number of room, pick up location, and other special needs. After holding seats for you, our staffs will give you a tour voucher number. If you choose to pay by check, please note the tour voucher number on the check. Otherwise, you can go direct deposit to our bank account.
After receiving the payment, we will mail you your receipt as a confirmation.

Which hotel is closer to SFO airport?
Red Roof Inn or DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel
Both two hotels are close to SFO airport and they have free shuttle bus to the airport. You can take the convenience public transportation – Bart – for commuting around Bay Area.

How do I know the pick up location and pick up time?

If I have already paid, can I cancel the tour?
8-14 days prior to commencement of service: 25% of the tour fee per person
3-7 days prior to commencement of service: 50% of the tour fee per person

How to book the tour if I am currently not in United States?
We recommend you to book the tour by
emailing us. After arriving, go to Bank of America to deposit money or come to our office to pay the full amount. (Please contact our staffs to get more information)

What documents and IDs should I need to bring to Mexico?
A foreigner who has valid United States VISA shall not require Mexican VISA. You should bring your valid documents that required for returning United States. Joy To Your Heart will not be responsible for any issue due to your document deficient.

What is your lost-and-found policy?
* All passengers should take care of their personal belongings. Tour guide and driver will try their best to assist you in a search for your lost items. However, we are not responsible for the loss. If you find that any of your belongings are missing, please contact us immediately. After the trip, Joy To Your Heart can only hold your found item(s) for ONE MONTH, after that all unclaimed items will be donated to the charity organization, Goodwill.

Is there anything I need to know before the trip?
* Joy To Your Heart reserve the right to adjust itinerary to ensure the smooth operation of tours.
*Joy To Your Heart reserve the right to cancel one's qualification without compensation if one hinders other passengers' welfare, affects others' mood, and does not yield to persuasion.
* Joy To Your Heart reserve the right to refuse service to who requests any irrational requirement.

Would you do the seat rotations during the trip?
Tour guide will arrange the seats for passengers everyday for the greater good.

What clothes we should prepare for the trip?
Recommend you to bring a wind proof jacket or a coat due to temperature cools down in early morning and evening. Plan to wear sneakers or casual shoes.

I can only speak Cantonese/ English/ Taiwanese…etc. Can tour guide speak those languages?
Our tour guides speak Chinese mainly. However, you can let our customer service staffs know your prefer languages. We will help you to put a remark on the system and arrange bilingual tour guide.

Can I rent a bus or order special tours?
Yes, you can! Please email to
info@joytoyourheart.com with following information: specific date, number of people, bus size, rough itinerary, and contact information. We will soon get back to you.

Will we have a very long drive on the bus?
No. We will let passengers to take a break, get some food, and walk around about every two hours during the drive.

Is there a toilet on the bus?
Our motor coaches have toilets. To avoid bad smell affects other passengers, toilets are only reserved for emergency use.

How is the rating of hotels we stay?
Generally, 3-star hotels or Inns. We devoted ourselves to book clean, safe, and comfortable rooms for you in principle.

How about meals during the trip?
Tour guide will introduce and recommend restaurants for you to choose, generally Chinese buffet or fast food. Passengers can choose to eat with a group or individually.

Does hotel provides breakfast in Los Angeles?
No, there is no free breakfast. But we provide better hotel—Holiday Inn—for your stay.

I book the tour to Las Vegas, when will the group get to Las Vegas?
Around 15:30-16:00 we will get to Las Vegas.

Do you sell Las Vegas night show tickets or have other activities during the evening?
Our tour guides will introduce you on the bus. You can buy those tickets on the bus.

What is the difference between Grand Canyon West Rim and South Rim?
Grand Canyon South Rim is one of the most famous National Parks in United States. The view is majestic and spectacular, but it takes longer traffic to get there from Las Vegas. Grand Canyon West Rim is belonged to Hualapai Indian conservation area. The signature sight is the Skywalk that opened from March, 2007. The elevation at the Skywalk is about 4800 feet, and you can take a 720° view of the West Rim.

If I book YG4 or YG6, which airport should I choose to depart while booking flight? Will you provide airport send off service?
For YG4, please book flights from SLC airport with estimated time of departure after 7:30 PM. We will provide airport send off service.
For YG6, please book flights from LAS airport whether on the next day we finished the trip in the morning or the day we finished the trip. Please go to the airport by your own means of transportation.

Will it be extremely hot if I choose to go Southwest Grand Circle or New Mexico White Sand Mountain in summer?
In dry regions, summer will not be sultry. We plan to go outside in the morning and in the afternoon to get away from the blazing sun.

How about size and quantity of luggage?
Please do not carry too much luggage for your safety and comfort on the bus. Too much luggage will fill up the space and impact on others.
Our recommendation for your luggage:
1 day tours: one backpack
2 to 3 days tours: one 21-inch boarding suitcase
4 to 5 days tours: two boarding suitcases
6 to 7 days tours: one 29-inch suitcase
Above 8 days tours: one 29-inch suitcase and one boarding suitcase.
